Every Tuesday the coaching staff will be conducting a throwing workout from 2:45-4pm. Team may be in the main gymnasium or out on a field. Check the freshman football field first before looking on the fields behind Evergreen and East. If the weather is bad outside please check the website to see if it is cancelled. Additional Equipment

All football players must provide their own cleats, white practice pants, and girdles. Girdles must have hip, tailbone, and thigh pads. Game pants will not be permitted to be worn during practice. They sell a one piece practice pant that has all the pads already sewn in to the pants.
